We are making progress, and are down to 378 members without power, mostly in Eminence, Winona and Couch areas. If you need to report an outage you may do so on the SmartHub mobile app or through the SmartHub link at the top of our website. You can also call 417-256-2131 or 888-HOE-POWER. As always, stay away from downed power lines and never drive into flood waters.

We currently have 1,011 members without power, with 626 members being in the Thayer area. Dispatch is aware of these outages. Some areas may still be unreachable because of high water. If you need to report a continued outage you may do so on the SmartHub mobile app or through the SmartHub link at the top of this website. Or you can call 417-256-2131 or 888-HOE-POWER to make your report. Stay away from downed power lines and do not drive into flood waters. Be safe!

Outages update - April 4, 8:45pm

We are up to 472 members without power in Winona, Birch Tree, Mountain View, Caulfield, Alton, Couch, West Plains and Koshkonong. Due to the flooding and high water, some areas may not be reachable. Always stay weather aware and do not drive into flood waters. It only takes a few inches of water to move a car off the road.

Outages update - April 4, 6:00pm

We currently have 184 members without power in Birch Tree, Mountain View, Caulfield, Alton and Tecumseh. Outages are primarily from lightning at this time. As the night continues and water rises there may be more outages from storms, wind and flooding.
