The Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience (CYCLE) is a four-day leadership conference held annually in Jefferson City in mid-July. It brings together some of the best and brightest young leaders from across Missouri. Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative selects two area students to attend CYCLE each year, with lodging, meals and transportation provided by HOEC. The 2024 Application deadline is Friday, March 8, 2024.
