UPDATE: A transformer failed and will be changed out this morning to restore power to the 466 members south of West Plains. Thank you for your patience.

At the time of this posting we have 466 members without power, primarily south and west of West Plains and Highway 63. Crews are on the way to determine and repair the issue.
