HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting at West Plains Civic Center on Friday, May 1, 2026. The office will close at 1:00 pm. Then at the Civic Center doors will open at 4:30 pm. Food and entertainment start at 5:00 pm, with displays, attendance gifts, and prizes, as well as the Kids Zone.
Watch the May issue of Rural Missouri for your Registration Card to register for prizes, including Springfield Cardinals tickets, Hirsch Farm and Feed certificates, state park gift certificates, bill credits, Bass Pro gift cards, Stihl mini chainsaw, weedeater and vacuum, and more. You must be present to win.
If you cannot attend, you may request an absentee ballot to vote on the Directors of the Cooperative. Call 417-319-7658 beginning March 30 through April 20 to have a ballot mailed to you. Once you request the absentee ballot, you will not be eligible for in-person prizes even if you can attend. We encourage all of our members to participate in one form or the other at the 87th Annual Meeting of HOEC.
HOEC's mission is to be a leader in delivering cost efficient, reliable energy with value-added service to our communities. The co-op is now in its 87th year and the focus hasn’t changed since the beginning in 1939. HOEC is fortunate to serve members in parts of six counties in this beautiful region of the Ozarks.
