HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting of Membership at the Civic Center in West Plains on Friday, May 1, 2026. Registration will open at 4:30 pm, with food and entertainment beginning at 5:00 pm. There will be displays, attendance gifts, and prizes, as well as the Kids Zone.

If you cannot participate in the in-person event, you may request an absentee ballot to vote on the Directors of the Cooperative. Call 417-319-7658 beginning March 30 through April 20 to have a ballot mailed to you. Once you request the absentee ballot, you will not be eligible for in-person prizes even if you can attend. We encourage all of our members to participate in one form or the other at the 87th Annual Meeting of HOEC.
HOEC's mission is to be a leader in delivering cost efficient, reliable energy with value-added service to our communities. The co-op is now in its 87th year and the focus hasn’t changed since the beginning in 1939. HOEC is fortunate to serve members in parts of six counties in this beautiful region of the Ozarks.
