We currently have 1,215 members without power out of the Olden substation. Sho-Me Power and HOEC crews are en route to assess and repair the issues in the substation. We are also experiencing some phone issues. Our website and SmartHub are working, and you can login and report your outage through the app or the SmartHub link at the top of our website.
