- Set up Auto Bank Draft to have your monthly bill paid automatically
- Log in to SmartHub® Web to pay with:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover Card
- Make a credit or debit card payment and manage your account with the SmartHub Mobile App
- Use HOEC's Pay Now to make a quick guest payment on any electric account (no registration or login required)
- Mail check payment to our office at PO Box 649, West Plains, MO 65775
- Pay By Phone 24 hours a day with a credit or debit card at 1-855-940-3934. With this automated system you can:
- Make a one-time payment
- Save your card if you choose
- Set up automatic payments
- Pay at our office from 8:00am to 4:30pm weekdays:
- Use the drive-through window
- Come in to the cashier counter
- Pay in person at these locations from the 1st of the month until the 10th:
- Alton Bank (Alton location only)
- Birch Tree City Office
- Eminence City Office
- West Plains Bank locations
