SmartHub Web and Mobile App | Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative

Want to see your electric bill as soon as it is prepared? Don't wait days for the postal service to deliver your bill; download the free SmartHub app from your app store or click the SmartHub link at the top of this website, and register with your account number and email address. We will email and/or text (your choice) when your bill is available to view! View your electric usage, view and pay your bill, and manage your account with SmartHub. Select the account notifications you want to receive. You can even report a power outage through SmartHub in seconds.

To download the free SmartHub App, open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search for "SmartHub" and download the app with the icon shown.

When you open the SmartHub App for the first time, it will ask you to select your provider. Search By Name and enter "Howell" in the search box, then select Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative in the search results. After you have saved HOEC as the provider, you'll be prompted to log in.

If you have already registered through our website, you'll use the SAME email address and password to log in to the SmartHub App. If not, you can register directly through the app, or from the SmartHub Web icon at the top of this website. You will need some details from your billing statement.

HOEC has introduced an added layer of protection for your SmartHub account: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You can enable 2FA on your SmartHub account today. In SmartHub Web you'll find it under Settings > Two-Factor Authentication. In the SmartHub Mobile App, look in More > Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication.

With 2FA, your account is safer from unauthorized access. It's simple: you'll enter a unique code sent by text message or email in addition to your usual login username and password. It's still a good idea to choose a complex password and save it in a password manager.
