HOEC will host its 87th Annual Meeting of Membership at the Civic Center in West Plains on Friday, May 1, 2026. Registration will open at 4:30 pm, with food and entertainment beginning at 5:00 pm. There will be displays, attendance gifts, and prizes as well as the Kids Zone.
