UPDATE: Sho-Me crews at the substation discovered a snake in the equipment caused the outage.

Update 10:00 am - This tree was the culprit that caused the outage this morning.   The tree split in half and dropped onto the line.  Crews have now restored power to all members.

Update Wednesday May 25, 8:00 am - This server maintenance work was completed overnight as planned, and accounts are available for access again. We thank members for their patience as we performed this work.

On Friday morning (May 20th) we had to perform unplanned computer maintenance. That necessary maintenance is now (as of 11:15 am) complete.  SmartHub login and guest payments through Pay Now are available to members again.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Last night, our crews responded to an outage in the West Plains/South 17 area. The outage was the result of an issue found at the substation which is owned by our wholesale power provider, Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative. Sho-Me Power crews were dispatched and worked to safely restore power to our members. We always appreciate the patience of our members during outages.
