HOEC has called a Peak Alert again for Tuesday Jan 27 from 5 am to 9 am, due to extreme cold. Usage peaks affect the price we pay for next fiscal year. Demand is expected to reach a record level. We ask members to alternate use of major appliances, unplug small appliances and delay use of appliances if possible. Your help makes a difference.
