Sho-Me Power has planned outages for substation work, scheduled at night to have the least impact on members. On Wednesday October 1 the West Plains substation will be down from 1 AM to 3 AM, and on Thursday October 2 the Alton sub will be down from 1 AM to 3 AM.
Members in these planned outages will receive notification through the SmartHub app, or a phone call/message to the phone number on file. This will affect more than 2,000 members per substation.
This work will allow Sho-Me Power and Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperatives to continue to provide members with reliable electrical service.
