HOEC has scheduled line maintenance for the Couch substation for Monday, Nov. 9 from 8am to Noon. Members from the substation, down Highway E to the Couch School and beyond, out 142 and across to V Highway will be without power during this time. Members who are served from the county shed area down County Road 244 towards Deckers Y, Y highway and beyond will be without power from 8am to 9am. Members will receive a phone call/message if the number we have on file is correct. This maintenance allows HOEC to continue to provide members with reliable electrical service, hopefully avoiding additional outages in the future. Thank you for your patience.
