Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative has gift certificates available. You can purchase gift certificates by mail, in person at the cooperative office, or by phone with a debit or credit card at (417) 256-2131 or toll-free 1-888-HOE-POWER (1-888-463-7693).
To purchase by mail, enclose a check or money order for the amount of the gift certificate, along with the name, address and account number of the member. Be sure to indicate if you would like the gift certificate sent to you or directly to the member. Mail to the following address:
To purchase a gift certificate at the cooperative office, stop by during our normal business hours, and be sure to bring along the same information as indicated above.
