HOEC members, come join us for the 84th Annual Meeting of Members on Friday, May 5 at the West Plains Civic Center. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. Come and enjoy hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks and let the kids enjoy the wacky slide in the Kid's Fun Zone with inflatables from Monkey Business Events in Rogersville, Mo. Kids present with their parents/guardians can also get entered for prizes including six bicycles, a Nintendo DS Switch and more!
