Rocky Woodward, lineman for Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, was honored during his retirement celebration on March 1, 2023. Rocky spent 32 years working for and with members at HOEC in the Dora area. Co-workers and retirees joined the celebration and shared stories of working with Rocky, all the way back to when he started in the 1990s.
