Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative recently honored David Cox, staking engineer for 33 years of service to the cooperative. David retired on Feb. 28, 2023. David plans on playing more golf and doing some fishing, and has already announced plans for his lawn service starting this spring. So while he has retired from HOEC, he still has many plans, but on his own timeline. Congratulations David! You will be missed at HOEC. Enjoy your retirement!
