New Service Form

NOTE: This form is only for requesting new service where there is no existing service available (such as a new house or well), or where existing service needs upgraded. If you need service turned on where there is an existing meterbase, please contact our office by phone.

Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative will make every effort to have your service built in a timely manner.  Please let us know if you have any special circumstances.  A $100.00 membership/meter deposit will be required unless we receive a letter of reference from your former electricity provider and then the deposit will be $60.00. A $60.00 Service Installation Fee will also be required.  Please proceed with our on-line NEW SERVICE FORM.  If you have any concerns please e-mail us or telephone us.
