Rebate is $150.00 per ton, after completion, proof of purchase, and Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative inspection.

Requirements:

• Replacement of electric resistance heat (examples: electric furnace, baseboard heat, cable heat);
• Retrofitting an existing gas furnace, or new construction;
• Must use propane, natural gas or fuel oil for backup heat;
• Unnecessary replacement of ASHP may not qualify (contact HOEC for prior approval);
• New Heat Pump must be a minimum SEER rating of 16.5.
